Deep bolsters provide exceptional comfort, allowing all customers to experience the luxurious feel of first class.

Notes:
- These seats are made to order. All reclining bus seats recline about 3-4 inches and then stop to prevent reclining into the lap of the person seated behind.

- Freedman Seating Company and FMS (“FSC”) designs, tests, and builds its seats to comply with applicable standards and regulations, including Federal/Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (“MVSS”). Installation of FSC seats and compliance with all applicable standards and regulations is the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer acknowledges that FSC and Suburban make no warranty regarding the installation of FSC seats in the customer's vehicle or whether such installation complies with MVSS or other standards. All warranties are expressly disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold FSC harmless from any losses or claims related to the installation of FSC seats in the customer's vehicle. Full compliance with FMVSS can only be achieved through proper in-vehicle testing. Freedman Seating and FMS Seating, its agents, employees, affiliates, and subsidiaries, nor Suburban Auto Seat, Co. Inc. are liable for any damages resulting from the installation of any seat in a vehicle that has not been FMVSS tested.
